Description Bilingual Patient Access Specialist Affinity Health Center is seeking a full time Bilingual Patient Access Specialist who fluently speaks Spanish and English. This position will provide excellent customer service to help individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured, or living on a limited income by answering shared calls on the agency call center, scheduling patients for appointments, verifying insurance and collecting copays, and by collaborating with coworkers across the organization to provide patient centered care. High school diploma or equivalent required; any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge and abilities to perform the job duties; flexibility with hours, some evenings required; ability to travel to satellite sites; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
