What Youll Do
As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection.
You will:
- Champion our mission to Make Lives Better through every interaction, program, and care decision.
- Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary teampromoting wholeperson care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
- Design and lead meaningful, stageappropriate programs that bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia.
- Provide support and education to families , helping them navigate their loved ones journey with compassion and understanding.
- Inspire and mentor your team , ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.

- Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license is preferred or licensed social worker, recreational therapist, or certified dementia practitioner
- Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility and working directly with memory care patients required
- Strong leadership, communication, and teambuilding skills
- Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
- A compassionate heart and a servicedriven mindset
