JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting an experienced contract Data Analyst I to support quality improvement initiatives for a community healthcare provider. This 4-month contract role is ideal for someone with healthcare quality data experience and advanced Excel skills who can turn complex information into clear, actionable trend reporting for providers.

Onsite

Location: Auburn CA

Pay range: $34-36/hour

Contract 4-months

Primary Responsibilities:

Extract, analyze, and present data to support clinical and operational performance

Track QI measures (HEDIS, GPRA, MU, P4P, patient experience, etc.)

Troubleshoot data issues and support cross-department requests

Work with EHR and population health tools (eClinicalWorks, Cognos/EBO, etc.)

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ year working with data (healthcare provider required)

Advanced MS Excel + strong data presentation skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently

Bachelor's degree preferred
