About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our growing healthcare agency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
You will serve as the central hub of the office-supporting phones, administrative operations, and scheduling coordination.
Schedule (Part-Time Split Shift)
We are hiring for part-time shifts:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Phones
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
- Route calls and take accurate messages
- Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors
Scheduling Support
- Assist with caregiver/client scheduling needs
- Provide backup support when scheduling gaps arise
- Communicate schedule updates clearly
Administrative Support
- Prepare folders for clients, marketing, and recruiting
- Track and complete daily administrative tasks
- Coordinate meeting notes and follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and organization
- Assist with mail, deliveries, and office coordination
