This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering the St. Luke's Boise Hospital . This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

Shift details: Friday-Sunday 0330-1400 (3:30am-2pm)

What you can expect from this role:

Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients

Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates

Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
