Responsibilities

Provide oversight and strategic planning for various Primary Care and Specialty Practices. Provide direction and lead new initiatives for all of the centers listed. Responsible for physician recruitment as well as budget development, allocation and monitoring for all areas of responsibility. Development of management team and identifying opportunities for growth. In collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain VP, conducts financial analysis of all areas of responsibility and identifies key spend areas for reduction in cost.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 6 years of healthcare management experience required.
