Regional Director of Operations Skilled Nursing Facilities
Location: Central and Eastern Ohio

LeaderStat is partnering with a well known and successful skilled nursing provider who is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead multiple skilled nursing facilities in the central and eastern Ohio region. The RDO ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, census growth, and strong financial performance while supporting administrators and promoting a culture of accountability and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple SNFs

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Drive census growth, reimbursement, and profitability

• Support facility administrators and interdisciplinary teams

• Develop and execute operational strategies

• Build high-performing teams and enhance staff retention

Requirements:

• LNHA in Ohio required; Bachelors degree

• 5+ years multi-site SNF operations experience

• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, PDPM, and compliance

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Regional travel
