Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:

  • Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to address urgent patient needs and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Acts as a resource regarding workflow, policies and procedures, trains new and existing staff and assists in evaluating staff efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensures effective and optimal use of staff to meet clinical staffing needs and produces and manages clinical schedules and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $118,244 - $177,366 per year.

Workdays: This role is located in Northeast Portland. Occasional Remote/Hybrid work options are available after training completion and expectations are met. Typical hours vary upon clinic needs and candidate preference Monday-Friday, (7:00 am-6:00 pm) 8,9, or 10 hour shifts available.

Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is required; a Doctorate is strongly preferred.
  • Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon.
  • Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience as a Physical Therapist is required. Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience, including supervisory experience, is strongly preferred.
  • Specialty certification in orthopedics, women's health, neurology or cardiopulmonary is preferred,
  • Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
  • Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred. Epic experience is a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members.
  • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
