• 8am - 5pm clinic schedule with flexible 4-5 days per week
• 15 - 20 patients per day
• Call schedule: 5 ED days, 2-3 practice days, one weekend monthly
• Adult general ENT practice
• One week per month commitment
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
