Revenue Cycle Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starting Revenue Cycle Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare information technology who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow. The analyst will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of multiple practice management systems and related technologies. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day operations of practice management systems (e.g., procedure, insurance, and contract updates). Prepare and compile bi-annual regulatory reports, including coordination with facilities for chart corrections. Manage annual reimbursement contract updates. Conduct periodic contract reviews, comparing paid claims and EOBs. Support other business systems initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a high-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn new software and systems and take ownership of assigned tasks. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of medical billing processes. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management systems. Experience with Epic EMR, AdvantX, Amkai Charts/Office, SIS Charts/Office. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle, or revenue cycle analytics. Details: Pay: $31 - $40/hr. based on related experience. Pay cycle - weekly | medical, dental and vision benefits offered Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 hour shift within the hours of operation (7:00am - 5:00pm | 40 hours per week) Once fully trained, this position will offer a Hybrid schedule with 2-3 onsite days per week.
