Case Manager

We are currently hiring Non-Clinical Case Managers

?? Pay: $26/hr
?? Openings: 3

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Behavioral/Human/Social Services
• 1+ yr case management or psych experience
• CPR, TB test, Health cert (if applicable)
• Must be 18+ and meet all local/federal requirements

Duties:

• Assessments, treatment planning
• Supportive counseling
• EMR documentation (AVATAR)
• Coordination with families & agencies

Dress Code: Solid color scrubs (no red/camo), closed-toe shoes
?? Parking: Open lot

Interview: With Administrator | Feedback in 48 hrs
