Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000

Pay: Up to $100,000

The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for education of nursing staff in the center and providing clinical support to our residents and staff. He/she directs, plans, and coordinates education of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel and supports the clincial staff throughout the day. The Assistant Director of Nursing ensures compliance with the center's policies and regulations, as well as analyzes and evaluates nursing and related services rendered to improve quality of customer care and to better utilize staff time and abilities.

ADON Responsibilities

• We are looking to hire a highly motivated Assistant Director of Nursing
• Will support and contribute to the clinical team
• Will actively engage with our staff, residents, doctors and vendors to promote the best clincial outcomes
• Will assist in hiring, retention, discipline, and performance evals of clinical staff.
• Must be able to meet deadlines for projects and for reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• This is a salaried position that must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Nurse-On-Call on a rotational basis.

ADON Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software
• Valid CPR & IV Certification
• Clinical Leadership experience required
