For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Representatives!

Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Patient Service Representative - Adult Specialty Care role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

• Part-time, 16 hours per week
• Onsite in Portland, ME
• Day shift

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
