Patient Service Coordinator - Virtual is responsible for receiving high volume incoming calls for multiple clinic locations and route as necessary across the medical group. All aspects of the scheduling, verification, and clinic communication work streams as well as additional service inquiries, which may include special projects. Meet goals and performance expectations outlined by management. Responsible for accurate patient data entry as it relates to EPIC Dimensions EMR. Serves as a virtual clinic resource to diverse internal and external customers to close care gaps and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, required.
- Experience: S ix months experience in customer service or customer relations, required. 1 Year Medical setting experience and Genesys Cloud phone experience/EPIC Dimensions experience, preferred.
