Job Summary
Provides daily operational oversight for both the Specialty Clinic and the Center for Pain Management, including scheduling, registration, and clinical care operations. Works closely with peers (Business Office, Lab, Radiology, Surgical Services) to the betterment of patient care. Supervises the Medical Assistants and RN's (clinical skill review handled by the FP Clinic RN Supervisor). Participates in overall clinic quality initiatives. Collaborates to establish and maintain practice standards. Monitors customer service of Providers, Medical Assistants, Registration staff, Scheduling staff, and RN's.
Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field preferred. Previous supervisory experience in a clinic or other physician-based setting preferred. Knowledge of and experience with primary care finances, including coding, billing, revenue and expenses as pertaining to Specialty Care.
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary of $74,882 up to $108,578.
