Position Summary CVS Health is looking for hands-on, passionate, driven Business Analyst to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers' lives and who wants to be on the forefront of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be in the digital world. This Business Analyst will be a part of our Aetna Technology organization which is comprised of numerous teams that support, enhance, and create new programs and services that support our suite of clinical and interoperability products. The development of these programs will help build our next-generation platform to ensure the delivery of use cases into products focusing on helping people live healthier lives. In this role and within this team, you will work on applications and products that are on the forefront of technology. Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on areas within the healthcare sector Experience with Health IT, EHR systems, and Meaningful Use of Health data Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team with adjusting priorities and deadlines Experience with HL7 standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA etc) Ability to analyze and optimize healthcare workflows Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges Understanding of secure data exchange protocols Experience in handling technical requirements such as API request/response data mapping, FHIR resource mapping, Data analysis, Running queries against SQL/nonSQL DB, Postman/SoapUI etc Preferred Qualifications Experience in working with clinical Interoperability platforms, EHR/EMR partners Familiarity with the CMS guidelines for interoperability Compliance Knowledge, Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Understanding of Agile processes Proven ability to work on a remote/distributed team Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work effectively in Agile environments Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $119,340.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
