Job Summary

This leader plans, develops and directs the activities of the Radiology Services division. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring department and division projects and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of organizational goals. This leader reports to and supports the Executive Director of Radiology Services with a dotted-line relationship to COO. The primary focus is to support operational planning, business development and directing the activities of the day-to-day operations of the department at the Sarasota Campus.

Required Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration.
• Require a minimum five (5) years of leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer experience in hospital operations.
• Prefer strong leadership skills to manage diverse staffs and to create a united, interdepartmental team focused on customer service and quality excellence.
• Prefer strong background in operations, with demonstrated success tracking and managing operational metrics.
• Prefer knowledge of the principles and practices of health care planning and management sufficient to manage, direct and coordinate the operation of a department of excellence.
• Prefer demonstrated skill in analyzing situations quickly and accurately and taking effective action as necessary.
