Job Description

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner closely with the General Counsel to prepare for key internal meetings, including drafting agendas and facilitating logistics
- Manage a complex calendar, coordinate travel logistics, and organize the General Counsel's inbox
- Provide high-level administrative support for M&A activities, including managing virtual data rooms and liaising with outside counsel
- Track and manage cross-functional action items, ensuring follow-ups are completed and initiatives stay on track
- Support broader leadership team projects and initiatives, helping to foster a strong team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong operational excellence and strategic acumen to support executives effectively
- Ability to remain calm and resourceful in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy
- Familiarity with legal tools and processes related to corporate transactions
