Job Description
Seeking a Full time MD/DO (FM/IM/Ped) to serve as a Medical Director and a member of our Executive Leadership team.
The role involves serving as a primary care provider in a Patient Centered Medical Home for 50% of the workload, and providing supervision and medical leadership for the medical provider team and Executive team for the remaining 50%.
Our clinic is recognized by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home with Behavioral Health Distinction across all three clinical care delivery locations. We practice team-based care, providing holistic primary care services including pediatric care, prenatal care, women's health, Title X services, Behavioral Health, Dental, pharmacy with medication discount programs, community resource coordination, transportation support, and more.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Eligible for a $10,000/year performance/metric bonus starting year 2
- Sign-on/relocation bonus of $10,000
- Medical Insurance (Optima) covering up to 70% for employees and up to 50% for spouses and children
