Part-Time Physical Therapy Reception/Scheduler Position Available!

Seeking a detail-oriented, professional, helpful, and positive person to come join our physical therapy team. This position is available for immediate hire and training and is an excellent opportunity for a person desiring a career in Healthcare/Physical Therapy.

We are a 100% Physical Therapist owned/operated orthopedic outpatient clinic in Laguna Hills (10 minutes from Saddleback College).

Immediate Part-Time Position Available with potential for future FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT. This position is a career growth and advancement opportunity.

Currently, this position is 24-29 hours/week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 7-8 hours/day with future potential for Tuesday or Thursday morning shift.

No weekend hours!! (Office closed)

*Job Duties Include:
*Scheduling Patients/Answering Phones
*Faxing /Scanning/Emailing
*Insurance Verification/ Authorizations
*Co-pay/Deductible Collection, Cash Handling
*Electronic Medical Records (WebPT) and Medical Data Correspondence
*Social Media Posting & Updates
*Cross Training for Back Office Support

Applicant MUST BE:
Excellent with people/social/communication skills and work well in a team environment.
Motivated, confident, a self-starter and take initiative.
Professional, helpful, and have a positive personality.
A multi-tasker with excellent organizational and math skills and detail oriented.
A High School Graduate and reliable/punctual.
Computer/Internet, Microsoft Word, and Excel Proficient.

Customer service and healthcare experience REQUIRED.

Preference is given to applicants who are available 100% of all days/hours.
