This position will be helping the office transition to EPIC software.
+ Taking calls from patients to make sure their information is put into the system before coming in for their scheduled appointment.
+ Dealing with commercial and Medicare Insurances.
+ Sitting at front desk area and will also be rotating in the back office to assist with the scheduling/call room.
+ Must be comfortable to work the phones as part of their job (50 calls a day to the given day they work in the phone room).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2-3+ years of medical experience
+ Medical Front Desk
+ Previous EPIC experience preferred
+ EMR experience required
Experience Level
+ 6 provider and looking to add another one in the fall
+ Each provider sees anywhere from 10-20 patients a day
+ Back office EPIC (preffereed) and EMR required
+ Looking for people who are flexible and can multitask must be able to work front desk (check in/check out) and back office (scheduling).
+ 50 calls a day (when working in call center)
Shift : Call center - Monday-Friday from 8AM - 4:30PM EST
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
