Salary range: $110k to $134k/Annual , DOE

Judson Park, part of the HumanGood life plan communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join the team. This is a 4-star, 96-bed Post-Acute setting. Support from experienced and seasoned DON and LNHA. Work in a fast-paced environment with a robust post-acute program.

Under general supervision, the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in planning, directing, organizing, and evaluating nursing services to meet the total needs of the residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Provides care in accordance with our Philosophy for person-directed Care.

Requirements:

Education

  • Completion of Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN)
  • BS Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience

Experience/Training

  • Minimum of 1-year professional managerial experience in related field
  • Clinical observation and assessment skills
  • Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Current RN license
  • Current CPR certification

Experience Required
  • 2 - 5 years: Skilled Nursing and/or Long Term Care
  • 1 year(s): Management experience in Healthcare setting
