Incentives: Relocation assistance available, vehicle allowance and annual incentive package eligible What You'll Do:- Extensive experience in healthcare food service operations, with a strong understanding of patient dining programs, retail food, and production systems
- A strong P&L management background, with the ability to drive financial results in complex, high-volume operations
- Proven experience overseeing multi-site healthcare Food Services is required; experience with Environmental Services (EVS) is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
- Talent for mentoring and developing high-performing leaders and frontline teams
