What Youll Do:

• Answer 100300 incoming calls per day with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency

• Provide accurate information regarding arrival times and procedure authorizations

• Route calls to the appropriate surgery scheduler for specific providers

• Deliver exceptional service that sets the tone for a positive patient experience

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a medical office or call center setting is preferred
