Represent the practice in the community. Requirements: Associate's/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience preferred. Medical or radiology experience is a plus but not required. Minimum 3-5 years of medical/ business management experience is required. Knowledge of Radiology fiscal management and government regulations and reimbursement policies. Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities. Ability to influence behavior in support of service excellence criteria. Ability to access skill levels in staff and develop training plans. Strong patient care/service orientation. Excellent public relations and problem solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly and tactfully.
